Visibility / Location:
This Haunt was nearly impossible to find. There were no signs at the mall or around the building on the street. The address has not been changed online so any Google or map searches will take you 15 minutes out of the way to the wrong location. I had to ask janitors at the mall to find out it was on the backside of the building that isn't used any longer. It was very frustrating.
The wait for my group with speed passes was less that 5 minutes but the regular line was averaging an hour. There were a few decorations in the waiting area but no real ghouls or actors walking the room. There wasn't any music or concessions either. Just a roped off line and the faint sound effects from the haunt.

Since people move through haunted attractions at different rates, your time will vary. Note: The time shown here represents the actual time spent moving forward through the attraction. Time spent waiting in queue lines, staging areas, intro scenes, rules rooms and when traffic jams cause patrons to come to a halt, has been subtracted.
LPR Score = 5.750
LPR stands for Length/Price Ratio. It represents perceived value of an event, by comparing length vs price of admission. Higher numbers represent more value per dollar. The actors didn't seem to have a very good handle on crowd control here. The doors aren't marked so our group accidentally used an actor's entrance and ran into another group. The actors saw this but did not help us find the right way through the area which I found very odd.
Overall this haunt left a lot to be desired. Finding it was a pretty big challenge as none of the addresses have been changed online to the mall 20 minutes away from the old address. Once we arrived at the right location, we couldn't find the haunt at the mall because there were no signs pointing to the back side of the building.
Once inside, the waiting room was pretty sparsely decorated. There weren't any actors walking the lines and there wasn't any music or other entertainment to keep people preoccupied. When our group entered the haunt, we found that the maze construction included the use of black plastic material and cardboard.
The actors ages averaged at about 12 and the primary scare tactic involved actors loudly shrieking at customers walking through. There was a crawling area in the dark that was neat but not scary. For a haunt that advertises that it is for adults, it left quite a lot on the table. The kids obviously worked hard building sets that weren't terrible, but just weren't up to snuff compared to a lot of other attractions within 30 minutes. If you are looking at taking your children to their first serious haunt, this may be for you. It is filled with other children working hard and I think a kid's group might find this spooky and fun. Those of you that are looking for a haunt for teenagers or adults, I would not choose The Scream Haunted Adventure. It is very reminiscent of a Jaycee's old-fashioned haunted house.
